Quality control

Before hardware is delivered, we carefully check that everything works correctly and meets the agreed specifications and quality requirements.

You can only trust a system when you are sure it will be delivered in good order. At Intemo, quality control is therefore not a checklist, but an integral part of our way of working. The goal is simple: you receive a product that works and continues to work.

Standard tests before delivery

Every system is subjected to standard tests before shipment. We check that the device starts up correctly, that connections work and that the system does what it is supposed to do. If software installation or basic configuration is needed (e.g. Windows), we will also take care of that. We carry out these factory acceptance tests (FAT) on all deliveries.

Customer-specific quality checks

Do you have additional requirements? We will then coordinate that in advance. For critical applications, we perform customer-specific tests, such as endurance tests where the system runs under maximum load for extended periods of time. This requires time and care, but prevents problems from becoming visible only when the system is already in use. Customer-specific test steps are recorded so that it is clear what was checked and why.
