Technical preparation and coordination
We do our homework up front. Together with you (and, where necessary, your engineers), we map out what the system must be technically capable of and under what conditions it will operate. In doing so, we not only look at installation dimensions, connections and power supply, but also at the environment in which the system must perform.
Factors like dust, moisture, temperature, vibration and heat generation directly affect reliability and service life. By including these aspects early on, we ensure that the solution is not only right on paper, but also continues to run smoothly in your environment. Sometimes we visit you on site to observe your operation so that no assumptions are made that could cause delays later.
Software preconditions
Besides the hardware, we also include the software preconditions. We ensure that systems are correctly set up, tested and delivered ready to use, for example with the correct basic configuration, operating system or drivers. This way, the hardware fits seamlessly with your software environment and your application can be deployed without unnecessary barriers.
Support for questions and defects
Our technical support is aimed at getting ahead of support requests. By focusing on configuration, connection and preconditions at the front end, we deliver systems that immediately do what they need to do. This gives peace of mind in the implementation and avoids unnecessary adjustments afterwards.
If anything does go wrong after delivery, you have one central support point. As soon as your notification is received, it is processed. Many questions are resolved quickly. If additional expertise is needed, we quickly contact engineering or the supplier.
In the case of defects, we supervise the entire RMA process. We analyse the problem, advise remotely where possible and arrange return, inspection, repair and retesting before the product is returned to you. Everything is aimed at reducing downtime and keeping your operation running.
